How to access the Monitoring Console

The Monitoring Console is a web based console through which you can view detailed monitoring information of all of the servers under your control as a Service Provider.

You need to be connected to the Management VPN in order to access this console. Please view the relevant article to show you how to setup and connect to the Management VPN:

Once connected via VPN, go to

Log in using your Management account credentials. If you don't know your Management account username or password, please contact the Support Team.
