How to disable or enable an existing user account

You can disable and enable user accounts on the server's Active Directory domain using the User Control Console.  

You can find out the URL for the User Control Console from the Commissioning Console. (The URL will be in the format You will need to replace with the Active Directory Domain name of the server.)

To do this, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to the User Control Console.

Step 2: Click on the Users Tab at the top of the page.

Step 3: Click on the name of the user account you wish to disable.

Step 4: Click on the Edit button.

Step 5: Click on the Off/On button under Account Enabled to disable or enable the account.

This action will either disable or enable the account in the server's Active Directory domain depending.
