The Commissioning Console enables Service Providers to configure a new server. The configuration is stored and verified in the Cloud Management Platform ahead of being downloaded to the server during installation (although the console can be used following installation as well as before it).
The Commissioning Console includes:
- a list of all servers you are responsible for that are pending installation
- an interface for setting necessary configuration options for services to be installed on the server
- a progress indicator for each service commissioning process and the overall server commissioning status
All of the above are available through a simple to use, web-based interface.
